Does NZ have more unexpected realities for every individual than whatever

Does NZ have more unexpected realities for every individual than whatever available nation? Here are 10 of them.

1.New Zealand is the home of the Archey's frog. This frog is unexpected, on the grounds that it doesn't pass through a tadpole stage. The eggs are laid ashore among damp vegetation and incubate as froglets with tails. Their devoted father bears the froglets on his back. Tragically, Archey's frog is presently exceptionally uncommon; it is a basically jeopardized animal varieties.

2. Burger Mania

New Zealand is second just to the USA for the amount of Mcdonalds Restaurants for every head of populace.

3. More Italian than Italy?

You'd imagine that mozzarella cheddar for the overall chain of Pizza Huts would clearly originate from Italy, wouldn't you? Sorry, you'll have to reconsider – it originates from Taranaki, New Zealand.

4. Bats in your Belfry

New Zealand's has no regular four-legged vertebrates. Bats are its just indigenous area warm blooded creatures. The principal Maori pioneers and the creatures they brought with them were the first non-flying warm blooded animals ever to achieve the islands of New Zealand – this happened about 735 years prior.

5. The Te Waikoropupu Springs in Golden Bay are record breakers.

They push out more crisp water than whatever possible springs on the planet, delivering one to two billion liters of water a day.

On the off chance that obliged, the springs could give enough drinking water to supply the whole populace of New Zealand.

As though that wasn't sufficient, the spring waters are the clearest common water on the planet outside of Antarctica. You can see a normal of 63 meters when you look down through the water.

6. Hollows with Stars

Voyagers run underground to visit the remarkable Waitomo Caves in New Zealand's Waikato district to see the glowworms (fireflies). The Waitomo River runs underground through the hollows, which common light can't arrive at. Travelers take vessel excursions along the stream, where there are so a considerable lot of these little bugs high over that it makes a night-sky impact, with gatherings of glowworms looking like stars.

7. The World's Smallest Dolphin

Hector's Dolphin is the most modest dolphin on the planet, and it is discovered just in the waters around New Zealand. Grown-up dolphins normal about 1.4 meters long, so they are more diminutive than most grown-up people. They incline toward shallow water along these lines don't normally stray far out into the ocean.

8. Security from Oddball Names

It would be ideal if you kindly don't call me THAT!

You need to give your child a crackpot name?

You're best to do it some place other than New Zealand.

New Zealand's courts have prohibited folks who attempted to give their youngsters names as different as: General, Keenan Got Lucy, Mr, Cinderella Beauty Blossom, Lucifer, Yeah Detroit and Fat Boy.

9. Security from Oddball Names – Not!

In spite of the fact that courts have taken action against some screwball names, there's dependably a risk your odd decision may sneak through. Courts have permitted the particularly unordinary: Number 16 Bus Shelter, Midnight Chardonnay, Messiah and Violence.

One nine-year old abhorred the name her guardians had been permitted to provide for her so much, that she turned into a legitimate ward of court keeping in mind the end goal to transform it. Thus it took place that Talula Does The Hula From Hawaii was permitted to transform her name.

She'd generally detested how it didn't rhyme appropriately, so she now replies to Talula Does The Hula Like A Zulu! (Simply joking – we're keeping her genuine new name a mystery!)

10. Bungy jumpers jump from vertigo-actuating statures with just a length of elastic attached to their lower legs sparing them from guaranteed passing.

The world's first business bungy (or bungee) bounce occurred in Queenstown, NZ in 1988.

Worked by AJ Hackett, who has since included bounced in France, Germany, Macau, Malaysia, Bali, and Australia to his collection, the first bounce was a 43 meter jump from Queenstown's Kawarau

Emily's Strange Days Blog

Emily the Strange came to life in the early 1990's and quickly became a beloved counterculture icon all around the world. In her earliest years, she was a quiet but sharp-witted stranger, slinging philosophy and cultural observations in a series of hand-screened t-shirts and stickers. As her presence grew and became a standard in the cultural underground, Emily's own story began to emerge in a series of gift books, then comic-books and graphic novels, and now a novel series for young adults.

Today, Emily continues to be a voice for individualism and self-awareness, and her appeal is especially strong among alternative-minded young women and girls who identify with her signature singularity. Her presence in the worlds of art, pop culture, literature, and fashion celebrates non-conformist and reminds us all to cultivate that which makes us unique.

Emily is: An Artist, A Dreamer, An Inventor, A Scientist, A Skater, A Rocker and An Individual!

Emily's not your average thirteen year-old-girl. Pink is her worst nightmare...she wears the same black dress every day. She loves math and science. Her best friends are her four BLACK CATS! She's into old rock & punk, but also digs newer bands like My Chemical Romance (BTW, Gerard Way is featured in her Dark Horse comic book, "Revenge at Last!") Emily is so anti cool she's cool... a subculture of one, and a follower of no one but herself.

Designers including Jean-Paul Gaultier, Valentino and Marc Jacobs have paid tribute to her, but she doesn't care! Emily wants you to be yourself, think for yourself, and DO IT YOURSELF!

We Are the Strange

We Are the Strange is an independent animated film directed by M dot Strange. It uses stop motion, CG artwork, and greenscreen effects. The film premiered on January 19, 2007 at the Sundance Film Festival.

We Are the Strange focuses on "two diametrically opposed outcasts" as they "fight for survival in a sinister fantasy world." These two outcasts are an abused woman named Blue who has a mysterious degenerative disease and a living doll named eMMM.

The two meet in the Forest of Still Life, where Blue follows eMMM to Stopmo City on a search for his ideal ice cream parlor. Upon arriving in Stopmo City, they are caught in the middle of a fierce battle between bizarre monsters, making their progress difficult. Thankfully, a hero named Rain appears and easily destroys every monster that faces him. Blue meets Rain before he partakes in an "impossible battle against the source of all that is evil in Stopmo City." During the battle, Rain, along with Ori are crushed by Him after Rain states he wants to avenge his son. When the outlook seems grim, a fist made of aluminum foil breaks through the ground and starts the final showdown between good and evil. Six alternate soundtracks and author's commentary, including soundtrack by Noise Inc. are available on the DVD. The music used in We Are the Strange Trailer has been made by chiptune artist YERZMYEY/AY-RIDERS (a cover of t.A.T.u.'s "30 Minutes") using ZX Spectrum computer.
